The Uluru has a well-deserved reputation for casual dining, serving traditional homemade dishes. As the Aussie would say ‘enjoy a bit of Tucker’ from our famed Darwin sizzlers. Food served Monday to Saturday from 3pm-8.30pm.Sunday 5 pm - 8 pm Our extensive menu caters for all appetites ranging from light bites to full courses. Our hand-picked evening special menu is also available from 3pm-8.30pm, with a choice from our extensive list of house red and white wines. Food is served in all bars for friends, family and colleagues in our comfortable surroundings while enjoying a relaxing dining experience. We welcome and cater for all groups ranging from large to small and will gladly create a menu to suit all your needs if required.
